 This week our special guest today is EstelleZappia. Having recently left her professional working life behind, Estelle hashad time to reflect on her life so far. Her long journey began in BovalinoMarina a small town on the Ionian coast in Calabria in southern Italy. This iswhere she was born and spent the first 8 years of her life before migrating toAustralia with her Mother and 2 siblings in 1958 to join her father who had migratedhere 4 years earlier.  She has alwayslived on the Northern Beaches.

 Within 8 years of arriving in Australia,she learnt to speak English, read and write in English and completed her SchoolCertificate with a great result.  By herown admission, she sees THIS as being her greatest achievement and not the 47successful years she spent in the banking industry".
